Delete your Cheerlify account

You can delete your Cheerlify account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent — we can't restore a deleted account.

In the app (fastest)

Open the Cheerlify app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab, then Account.
Tap “Delete account” and confirm with your password.

Your account and everything listed below are removed straight away.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Write to us from the email address of your Cheerlify account and ask for deletion. We'll confirm it's you, delete the account within 30 days, and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account, name, email address and profile settings.
Your races, GPS tracks and recaps.
The cheers sent to your races, including their audio and video.
Your remaining cheer balance and any race packs — these are not refundable and can't be moved to another account.

We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires. These contain the transaction, not your race data.

If you only sent a cheer

Followers don't have an account — you never created one. Your cheer belongs to the runner's race and disappears with it. To have a cheer removed sooner, ask the runner to delete it, or email us with the race code.
