This is what your supporters see. Live.
Map, pace, splits, predicted finish — and every cheer as it lands. The runner here is simulated; in a real race it's their live GPS.

You hear them while you run.
Your supporters' voices play over your music — right where they asked for it: the start, halfway, or the last kilometre. No reaching for the phone, nothing to tap.
Supporters don't need an app.
One link and one code. They open it in the browser, type a name, and the map is right there — on a phone, a laptop, at grandma's.

The short version.
Three steps to the start line.
The runner sets up the race
In the app: upload a GPX route or pick the race from the catalog, and get a private link + code.
Supporters open the link
In the browser, no app, no account. They see the map, the pace, the predicted finish — and record a cheer, timed to a kilometre.
The cheer plays mid-race
In the runner's earbuds, over their music, at the kilometre you picked. After the finish, everything stays in the recap.
Frequently asked questions
Do followers need to download an app or sign up?
No. Followers open the race link or enter the race ID on the web, pick a display name, and start watching live — no app and no account needed.
How do cheers reach the runner during the race?
You record a voice or video message and it plays in the runner's headphones mid-race, at the moment you choose — the start, halfway, or the final push. The runner needs the Cheerlify app running with headphones in.
Does it work with any route?
Yes. The runner uploads a GPX route for any race or training run, and followers can track them live along it. Cheerlify is not tied to specific events.
How much does Cheerlify cost?
Free live tracking for 3 viewers at a time. For more cheers and more viewers, add a pack to that race (Race Pack: 7, Marathon Pack: 50 at a time). Unused cheer credits carry over to your next race.
Is the race private?
Yes. A race is only reachable with its private link and access code, so only the people you share it with can follow along and send cheers.
What happens after the runner finishes?
After the finish line everyone can replay the route, the splits and every cheer the runner received along the way on the recap page.
Is this a live race tracking app for family and friends?
Yes — that's the point. Your family and friends see your live position on the course map from any browser, get the estimated time you'll pass a spot they're standing at, and can send voice or video cheers you hear in your earbuds. It works for any marathon, half marathon, 10K, trail race or training run, anywhere in the world.
Does live tracking drain the runner's phone battery?
Very little. Measured on real runs (iPhone 17, screen locked) it's 0.6–0.8 % per km — the GPS records continuously but uploads in batches every minute, and cheers only wake the audio for a few seconds. A marathon typically costs 25–34 %.
