Mid-November is the last big stretch of the European road season before winter. On 14–15 November there are marathons in Verona, Larnaka, Deauville and Cognac, the Zevenheuvelenloop in Nijmegen and half marathons from Novo mesto to Boulogne-Billancourt. On 22 November the season closes in Nevers, Istres and Évora. Every race below is in the Cheerlify app with its course, distance and start time, so your runner can set it up in one tap and you can follow them live.

How it works

  1. The runner creates the race in the app. Tapping "Track it" on their phone opens the race with its route already loaded.
  2. They share one link and a code. You open it in any browser, with no app and no account.
  3. On race day you see them on the course map, their pace and when they'll reach your spot. Record a voice or video cheer for a chosen kilometre and it plays in their earbuds right there, or send one live while you watch.

Start times are local and come from each organiser's site on 8 November 2026. Check them again in race week.

Frequently asked questions

Can I follow a runner from another country?

Yes. The link works in any browser, anywhere. You see the dot move on the map in real time, whatever the time zone.

Do I need the race's own app?

No. Cheerlify uses GPS from the runner's phone. Many races also have chip timing at the mats; the two work well together, as we explain in chip timing vs GPS.

My runner's race isn't listed. Can they still use it?

Yes. Any race can be created in the app with a GPX file of the course, or without a route.

Race names belong to their organisers. Cheerlify is not affiliated with any of these races.
