Delete your account

In the app: Profile → Account & security → Delete account. With a password account you enter your password; with Apple or Google sign-in no password is needed. Without the app: cheerlify.com/delete-account.

Deleting is immediate and can't be undone:

• Your races, their GPS data, cheers, recordings and recaps are deleted.
• In other runners' races, your track is deleted and your name removed.
• Unused cheers, unused packs and your Season Pass are lost, with no refund for the remaining time.

Payment records are kept for accounting, as the law requires. Store refunds are a separate process (see Refunds).
