Refunds

Payments go through the App Store or Google Play, so the store decides every refund.

• Profile → Purchase history, then the refund icon next to the purchase.
• iPhone: Apple's refund sheet opens for that purchase (or reportaproblem.apple.com if it can't be found on this phone). Apple e-mails you the result.
• Android: your Google Play order history opens; request it there.

When a refund is granted, what you bought is taken back: the cheers of a bundle or pack, the pack's features on the race, or a year of the Season Pass.
