Start clock at the start line
With Start clock at the start line on (Race settings, races with a route only), you tap Start tracking in the warm-up and the clock waits. The race is "Waiting for the start line" and followers see "Warming up".
The clock starts when you cross the line: two GPS positions in a row at least 25 m along the course, each accurate to 30 m or better, at most 5 minutes apart. The clock starts from the first of the two.
- Distance stays 0 until then, and Pause isn't available.
- If the GPS was poor at the start and you're already well past the line, the start is estimated back from your speed (at most 30 minutes, never before the scheduled start).
- You get a notification when the race really starts.
