Followers say I'm not moving

What followers see tells you what's going on:

• "Reconnecting…": we've received nothing from your phone for 150 seconds.
• "Last GPS fix: … ago": your last position is 90 seconds old or more.
• "Runner hasn't moved in…": positions arrive, but you've moved less than 20 m in 5 minutes.

Common causes:

• The app was swiped away or closed by the phone.
• No mobile data: positions are saved and arrive in a burst later.
• iPhone location not set to Always, or Android location set to approximate.
• Battery saver on: positions are sent only every 2 minutes.

If your phone sends nothing for 6 minutes, we send you a notification. Open Cheerlify and it picks up where it left off.
